The goal for Starbucks’ Global Leadership Conference was to inspire nearly 10,000 store managers by investing in their development and connecting them with the company’s core values.
AV Concepts worked with Touch Worldwide on a nearly 400,000 square foot immersive “Leaders’ Lab” that was constructed to guide conference participants through an interactive journey that brought the Starbucks mission to life. AV Concepts developed several complex solutions that captured attendees’ interest utilizing various combinations of LCD monitors as well as small, medium and ultra-wide projection screens. All complimented with custom-designed audio systems utilizing over 120 speakers as well as several large line array systems.
