Jim has over 25 years of experience in the live event and hospitality industries. He has held key positions with several full service marketing and live event agencies including PGI, TBA and FreemanXP before joining AV Concepts. Throughout his career he has had the privilege of working on a wide variety of projects from virtual learning and performance platforms to lifestyle touring events to large scale event production. During all of his experiences the one consistent principle that he has realized is that you cannot do it alone. You need a strong team that shares a set of common values that are aligned towards a collective goal.
