AV Concepts welcomes back Todd Hensley!

The quality of our team makes all the difference in the world. It’s who we are that makes our service exceptional. Todd Hensley originally joined our team in 1996 and remained through 2011 before accepting an offer for a different opportunity, but he’s rejoined our team earlier this year and has some thoughts. We’d like to offer a sneak peek of why Todd is excited to be back at AV Concepts!

When we asked Todd what made him excited to come back he stated leadership and the team we have in place. “CEO, Nick Smith, is committed to excellence and involved with the clients and the day-to-day and is making significant investments in resources to get the job done”. The team AVC has assembled takes ownership and supports the execution from pre-sale to show close. To be successful you need a good team behind you.”

In addition to key players, AV Concepts has a large inventory based out of our corporate office in Tempe, AZ. We have concert-grade sound systems, sub 3mm LED products, high resolution engineering and video production systems for corporate and broadcast. Todd stated that our inventory allows us to provide the technology the customer needs.

Todd is known in the AV industry for his passion, so what gets him excited? “Being able to help people do their events, providing customer satisfaction, and always executing a quality show. Our customers have customers, and at the end of the day it is important that both parties are happy.”

If you have worked with Todd, you know he’ll deliver on his promises. He is there to support the client through the entire process which also includes being on show site. We’ve asked Todd about his responsibilities on show site: “My job is to make sure the client is taken care of from logistics, technical support, and dealing with crew interactions. I give the customer confidence that we are handling all of the AV needs so they can focus on their customers.” The customer service continues post-show with follow up questions. Did everything go well? Were there any problems, and if so did we correct them in a timely matter? How can we continue to improve our services?
