Our Corporate Recruiter will hold the keys to our ongoing success by bringing in top talent to help support and manage our reputation as an industry leader. The Corporate Recruiter sets the tone from the first candidate engagement to the overall company experience. They are the first point of contact and will manage candidates from the initial interviewing process to hire. We are looking for an individual with a team mentality that is comfortable engaging directly with the CEO, leadership, and all employee levels. This candidate will understand and embrace the vision and direction of the company and ensure all candidates follow suit. Our Corporate Recruiter will openly share information with the leadership team (and vice versa) to deliver a quality candidate. Strong internal and external communication skills are qualities we seek within our Corporate Recruiter, along with great organizational and time management skills. This person’s primary responsibility will be to engage potential candidates, from pre-planning to interview. Also, to include but not limited to: organizing candidate time on site, working with HR and finance for requisition and departmental budgets, and all aspects of candidate lifecycle.
