Brian Walker, Senior Project Manager

Brian Walker, Senior Project Manager at AV Concepts, ensures client events are successful from conception to completion. Walker joins AV Concepts from the special events and broadcast television sector where he spent nine years as a technical director and producer. Prior to that, he had his own video production company, working with clients like Apple, Super Bowl 42, and Good Morning America. Creating video content, and project managing ultra-widescreen events, lured Brian to the corporate events business. Since then, transforming spaces, and working with clients to create incredible new experiences via projection mapping, has become his passion.

Eric Bastine, Director of Sales

Eric Bastine, Director of Sales at AV Concepts, is responsible for overseeing business development in the Phoenix metro, including events that are produced at the Phoenix Convention Center. Prior to joining AV Concepts, Bastine served as a Senior Account Executive with a national staging company. Before that, he held leadership sales roles at several large venues throughout San Francisco and San Diego. Bastine brings the perfect blend of technical and creative expertise that helps clients’ ideas come to life.

JC Cloward, Director of Creative Services

Jonathan ‘JC’ Cloward, Director of Creative Services at AV Concepts, serves as the key liaison between our clients and the creative services team, and is responsible for creating exceptional experiences that combine cutting-edge technical and creative event solutions. A former freelance producer, some of his most notable credits include Executive Producer Opening and Closing Show Moments of the 123rd Annual Tournament of Roses Parade, Creative Producer AMGEN Tour of California Opening Ceremony Show, and Senior Production Manager for the 2002 Winter Olympic Ceremonies for which he received an EMMY award nomination. Cloward is known for delivering unforgettable show productions that utilize the latest in technology, talent, and the arts.

Jessie Robinson, Client Services

Jessie Robinson, Client Services at AV Concepts, is leading the expansion of the company’s growing exhibitor services department. Robinson joins AV Concepts with an established background in customer service and project management. Formally with Boeing for six years, her understanding of engineering and project-based timelines makes her a perfect fit for supporting clients’ complex exhibitor service needs.

Mike Walker, Operations Support Manager

Mike Walker, Operations Support Manager at AV Concepts, supports event logistics, equipment needs and vendor relations for clients. His career in AV began 20 years ago as a freelancer. Since then, he has held several key positions within the corporate staging world, including video engineer, senior project manager and operations manager. Walker holds an Encore Engineer certification, as well as certifications on the Barco RLM, SLM, and FLM Projectors. Walker is passionate about providing customers with the best event experience and maintaining rewarding relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Tim Jorgensen, Senior Project Manager

Tim Jorgensen, Senior Project Manager at AV Concepts, oversees the technical aspects that go into executing flawless events. Jorgensen began his career in the television business, holding positions such as technical director and general manager of operations, before transitioning into live events. Prior to AV Concepts, Jorgensen severed as Senior Project Manager at a national staging company where he refined his skills over the last nine years. Jorgensen is known for his professionalism and proven track record of consistently exceeding client expectations.
