Audio/Video for Breakout & General Session

The Association of Public-Safety Communications Officials has 35+ Concurrent breakouts and General Sessions for more than 3,000 attendees which include high-end entertainment and VIP speakers. Additionally there are 400 Exhibitors, plus ex-council meetings and affiliate meetings in a secondary property.
This Conference is primarily in Convention Centers and typically has more than 3,000 attendees. Currently we manage 35 concurrent Breakout Sessions, General Sessions, and also ex-council and affiliate meetings which are typically held on a second property. There are typically about 400 Exhibitors and we also provide audio-visual services to them. We have been working with APCO since 2006.
