There are three pieces to this immersive, cutting-edge setup. The center piece is a real screen that is 8' tall (masked down 12 x 21). The side curved portions are a synthetic fabric sewn onto a hard-surfaced frame. Each side is 60', which brings us to 135 total feet of video! Your attendees will feel enveloped in the content and images being presented, truly matching the forward-moving, cutting-edge type of the companies they represent.
The Technical Elements
Utilizing Panasonic's new DZ8700U 10,600 lumen projectors with on-board image warping technology, we recently executed the installation of an immersive video environment which displayed a panoramic multimedia presentation in Miami, FL.
The challenging task of mapping the projections to the curved screens surrounding the audience was accomplished with the help of geometry correction software which allows remote management of the projectors warping capabilities over a wireless network. At AV Concepts, we are one of the first US companies to have access to the beta software developed by Panasonic Japan.
