Schedule Rigging Services

Thank you for scheduling your rigging services with AV Concepts at the San Diego Convention Center. The form below is to assist clients with the scheduling process and submittal of drawings for rigging approval. Our onsite Operations Manager and Production Rigger is available to assist you with any technical questions or rigging design for your event.

Rigging Crew

AV Concepts reserves the right to make final determination of staff requirements based on your on-site production schedule and rigging needs. AV Concepts riggers must remain until all motors are at trim height.

The client is responsible for wrapping the truss with spanset, steel safety and shackle.

Method of Payment

A 50% deposit is due 30 days before show, with remaining balance due day of load-in.
A credit card must be on the file for any on-site additions.
