AV Concepts reserves the right to make final determination of staff requirements based on your on-site production schedule and rigging needs. AV Concepts riggers must remain until all motors are at trim height.

Method of Payment

 
 
A 50% deposit is due 30 days before show, with remaining balance due 21 days before load in. A credit card must be on the file for any on-site additions.
