Presentation Management

AV Concepts understands that the success of your event is largely impacted by the speakers and their supporting presentations. Electronic presentation materials can be submitted through our secure website in advance of the program, or in the Speaker Ready Room once the presenter arrives at the venue. We will then transfer the supporting materials to the appropriate area, ensuring that all systems are working properly. Once the presenter arrives in their assigned room, they will find their presentation waiting for them, leaving them only to deliver an effective seminar.
