Case Study: Cvent CONNECT

AV Concepts was thrilled to partner with Cvent as the official event technology sponsor for their annual user conference, Cvent CONNECT, which brings together over 2,500 corporate meeting and event managers, procurement officials, travel managers and marketing executives from companies around the world. For CONNECT 2015, AV Concepts provided all of the audio-visual production services for the keynote, general session and breakout rooms.

The stakes are high when you’re producing an event for professional meeting planners, which is why AV Concepts helped Cvent create an immersive experience that wowed presenters and attendees alike. In the general session room, AV Concepts displayed a 250 ft. curved projection screen that garnered rave reviews from presenters, and ignited a social media frenzy from attendees who were blown away by the experience.
